Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Free of odors or damage
  • In original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need a different size, please contact support and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, including clearance or discounted products, are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
